From the Cartizze area, a single hill in the Valdobbiadene land, come wines that are labeled with the exclusive name of "Cartizze". These are sparkling wines of the highest class, with elegant and defined aromas that only the grapes in the Cartizze hill can provide.

Location Village of Loncon, Town of Annone Veneto (Venice).
土地的組成 Hilly, not very deep.
釀造 After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and undergo soft pressing. Once obtained, the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature, so as to enhance the particular aromas typical of grapes originating from the area of Cartizze. The wine is then placed in steel autoclaves where the secondary fermentation takes place. The sparkling process lasts for about 30 days.
