Sangiovese from the Maremma Toscana is a sunny, warm and full-bodied wine. The alcohol content is slightly higher than that of Sangiovese of different origins, and the taste is enveloping, full-bodied and authentic. A wine that fully reflects the territory in which it is born.

Intense ruby red.

Vivid hints of red berries dominated by pleasant notes of blackberries, raspberries and black cherries well combined with light floral scents, where violet is predominant.

It has a soft and tasty flavour with delicate and velvety tannins. A perfectly balanced and full-bodied wine.

氣候	The exposure of the vineyard is south-east at about 100 m. a.s.l. The climate is Mediterranean and the sea is only 14 km away as the crow flies.
土地的組成	On the slopes of the valley, the soil is clayey with the presence of sedimentary rocks. Sandy soils mixed with sandstone on the lower parts.
收成	The older Sangiovese vines are harvested in the second half of September, when the grapes reach perfect ripeness. The berries are first separated from the stems and then lightly pressed.
釀造	From here begins the fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature for about 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Frequent pumping over allows the perfect level of extraction to be obtained, the frequency varying according to the vintage.
陳年	The wine is then racked into French oak barriques of first and second passage (50% and 50%) where it matures for 18 months.
