It expresses aromas of blackberries, sour cherries, plums, cloves, juniper, black pepper, licorice, undergrowth and tobacco.

Fleshy, dry and fresh, savoury, with a great tannic structure well supported by the acidic structure that keeps the taste alive on the palate for a long time.

Pairing

Ideal with red and ehite meats stews, fried dishes and semi-mature cheeses.
