At Regaleali, it is cultivated up to 900 metres and closes the harvest as the later variety, even of the reds. The result is a wine of sublime quality, stripped of the coarse clothes it usually wears in coastal areas. In short, if you have an ounce of common sense, Catarratto is the variety to grow in our area. Hence the name Buonsenso, also because it is good and pleases the senses.
