氣候	The Alpine climate, characterised by mild summers and cool autumns, allows for a longer growing season and a late harvest in mid-October. Altitude: 500-750 m a.s.l. Exposure: East/South-East.
土地的組成	The soils on the right bank of the Adige are characterised by porphyry and limestone.
收成	The grapes are harvested by hand.
釀造	The clarified must ferments for about 3 weeks in steel tanks.
陳年	Before bottling, the new wine matures for another 5 months on fine lees.
