The high acidity, low colour concentration and many other elements from the terroir make these grapes very suitable for producing sparkling wines made with the Classic Method. We obtain a wine with great personality and structure that boasts the primacy of having been the first sparkling wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	顏色 Pale straw yellow.
	香氣/花束 Notes of white flowers and spicy with delicate hints of bread crust.
	味道 Fruity with notes of apple and medlar. A full, mineral and fine wine with good persistence.

Pairing

It pairs well with oysters and marinated raw Mediterranean fish.
