The NEROBUFALEFFJ is a cru of the Nero d'Avola with unique characteristics, those of a parcel of the historical territory of Pachino, capable of expressing great red wines, full, full-bodied and of great elegance and complexity.

顏色

Ruby red.

香氣/花束

It offers balsamic sensations of eucalyptus, mint and aromatic herbs, hints of red flowers, powder, lavender, tart blueberries and cassis, undergrowth, liquorice root and subtle mineral notes.

味道

Great structure, warm on the palate with good fresh sapid shoulder, thick and slightly rough tannins, good persistence with fruity returns.

Pairing

Of the four crus of the Val di Noto, this is the wine which is more pronounced, brightening the typical acidity of Nero d'Avola. Over time it develops a very elegant frame, showing very fine tannins. It then becomes a beautiful red to go with intense processed fish, dishes with wild mushrooms and pork products in many different preparations.

釀造	The grapes harvested in the second half of September, are changed to red with long maceration with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into small barrels of 500 litres and 225 where it remains for about 24 months.
