Location	Côtes, Hautes Côtes de Beaune et Nuits, Côte Chalonnaise
土地的組成	Various soils: limestone and marl in the Côtes de Nuits, Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise and granite in the south of Burgundy.
釀造	Traditional method. The grapes are crushed as soon as they arrive and placed in pneumatic presses. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 18 °C. They then undergo a second fermentation in the bottle and are aged for a minimum of 12 months ("Sur Latte") before being placed in gyro-palettes and disgorged to remove the yeast deposit in the neck of the bottle.
