土地的組成	Various soils: limestone and marl on the Côtes de Nuits, Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise and granite in the south of Burgundy.
釀造	Traditional method. The grapes are crushed as soon as they arrive and put into pneumatic presses. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 18 °C. The wines then undergo a second fermentation in the bottle and a 15-month maturation ("Sur Latte") before being placed in gyro-palettes and disgorged.
