Its aromas are complex, with a spicy note. Hints of white pepper and bitter almond complement infusions of flowers and white-fleshed fruits.

The structure is tannic and defined, with a very persistent minerality. The taste is persistent and assertive, with a very dry finish and tannin that is present but not astringent.
