Ample, clean and intense with notes of yellow peach, cedar, broom, calcareous mineral sensations, hints of bitter oranges, thyme and mint stand out on a broad herbal finish.

Persuasive, consistent with the bouquet, with beautiful freshness and elegant tastiness. Tasty finish with long persistence.

Cold and hot fish starters, pasta with clams and steamed Adriatic fish.
