Deep ruby with purple reflections.

香氣/花束

Aromas of black cherry, strawberry jam, aromatic herbs, tea leaves, and slight spiciness in the background.

味道

Soft, and intense, with smooth, compact tannins. It closes with a slightly savoury finish with just the right amount of mentholated returns.

Pairing

Typical Abruzzo cold cuts, garlic and oil pasta, roast suckling pig, barbecue chicken and fish soup.

發酵期 About 10 days.
釀造 Fermentation and maceration for about 10 days in stainless steel tanks.
陳年 For about 18 months, 80% of the wine is kept in steel and the remaining 20% partly in 25 hl oak casks and partly in second passage barriques. Several bottlings are carried out starting 15 months after the harvest.
