Location 7 village accross the Marne Valley and the Cote des Blancs: Pierry, Moussy, Epernay, Mardeuil, Dizym Boursault and Vertus.
釀造 Individual vinification of eact plots. 90% of the wine wuith alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and malo-lactic fermentation. 10% of the wine with alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels without malo-lactic fermentation. Reserve wines storred in large tanks and woods casks as a perpetual reserve since 2000. Minimum intervention to the wine. Natual cold stabilization, non fining and light filtration. Bottling in Spring.
