Over 14 years on its own yeasts, this Champagne is the result of a collection of the best harvests preserved on yeasts and recently degorged, best represent the style of Guy Michel & Fils.

	Perlage Continuous and persistent perlage.
	顏色 Intense golden yellow.
	香氣/花束 Complex and powerful, with a hint of quince combined with rich notes of dried fruit.
	味道 The mouth is creamy, voluptuous and well-balanced, fresh and citrus, with hints of almond in closing.
