A wine with extraordinary organoleptic and sensory characteristics. Produced from a grape variety that is deeply influenced by the Sicilian terroir, which gives it unique and inimitable characteristics.

Intense straw yellow.

香氣/花束

Enveloping aroma, with hints of vanilla and ripe fruit, above all cedar and apricot.

味道

The flavour is soft, rich and decidedly long-lasting; the aroma intense and complex. The taste is warm, full, elegant, with excellent persistence and a remarkable structure.

Tuna or swordfish tartare, fish soup, fish dishes, elaborate fish, white meats and medium mature cheeses.
