This Franciacorta Blanc de Blanc, the latest in the company's selection, fully respects the company's philosophy, characterized by good hints of elegance and finesse.

生產技術	The whole bunch grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press under very gentle pressure. During vinification, the must is separated into two fractions: first-pressing must, which has the best quality characteristics and is used for the production of Franciacorta, and second-pressing must, which is not used for bottling. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18°C. The base wine rests in tanks until the spring following the harvest.
