Duca di Dolle Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore XBRT Rive di Rolle Extra Brut 2021
Limited edition “Cru” obtained from 100% Glera grapes from a single vineyard over 50 years old. It is the expression of a unique area, the “Riva” par excellence: a historic vineyard called “Riva del Ferroviere” on a steep slope which, thanks to the composition of the soil, the favorable exposure and the long age of the plants, offers few but precious fruits, vinified in Extra Brut with very low sugar dosage.

Intense and inviting thanks to the slightly citrusy floral aromas and the characteristic green apple note.

味道

Good balance between freshness and roundness, with acidulous expression and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Perfect as an apéritif and with fish and vegetable appetisers, raw and lightly spiced cured meats, and simple pasta dishes and main courses.
