Bell'Assai is a maiden of character who offers the sweet Sicilian breeze the fruits of the vineyard and the scents of the countryside. She represents the spirit of those enterprising, beauty-loving families that have always animated the Vittoria area. A signature label with which Donnafugata wants to celebrate the love of beauty.

Bell'Assai presents floral hints of freesia and lavender, followed by fruity notes of strawberry and cherry.

The palate is fresh and fragrant with soft tannins and a pleasant return of fruity notes.

Perfect to drink by the glass, it goes well with grilled vegetables, cured meats and tasty fish dishes such as soups. Also excellent on tuna sushi.

Location	South-eastern Sicily, in the territory of Acate
