Dedicated to the irresistible and ambitious green-eyed Angelica Sedàra, the charming Claudia Cardinale, protagonist of the film 'The Leopard' directed by Luchino Visconti. The label refers to the Contessa Entellina cellars.

Sedàra offers a fruity bouquet with hints of red fruit (cherry and plum) and spices (black pepper) combined with a light balsamic note of mint.

In the mouth it shows a good structure with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness. A pleasant red, versatile in pairings, perfect for every day.

氣候	Mild winters; dry and windy summers with large temperature ranges between day and night.
土地的組成	Loamy-clayey, medium-textured or tending to sandy soils.
收成	Harvest began in the second half of August and ended around the first half of September.
釀造	Fermentation took place in steel with maceration on the skins for about 10 days at a temperature of 25-28 °C.
陳年	Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, maturation follows for 8 months in tanks and then in bottles for at least a further 5 months.
