Intense, dominated by ripe fruit, reminiscent of pomegranates, cherries, black cherry, and elegant mineral notes.

味道

Very concentrated, with very good tannins, well integrated and not aggressive in the structure of the wine. Emerges gradually a nice flavour that underlines the minerals. The impact is intense, with defined notes of cherries in alcohol. Good persistence.

收成	By hand, usually in mid-September with crates.
生產技術	Only sulphur, horn manure, horn silica and green manure are used in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed but not crushed and are macerated in concrete vats without any sulphur added.
釀造	The maceration depends on the characteristics of the must; it can last from three to ten days. Lengthier macerations are not part of the compnay's culture. The wine is always drawn off by hand in order not to harm the skins.
陳年	The must is then punt into small concrete tanks until bottled, usually after two to three years. No synthetic chemical products other than sulphur are used in the winery. No mild enzymes or any other adjuvants are added to the wine's vinification and maturation. The wine is not filtered and clarified.
