Very bright straw colour where the vine makes its mark to leave very delicate shades of green.

香氣/花束

To the nose it immediately expresses remarkable floral aromas as well as citrus fruits scents such as bergamot, citron, acacia flowers, white pepper, and more others.

味道

To the palate it imparts great intensity, lively freshness and excellent sapidity. The final is persistent and shows chalky and vibrant sensations. It will be able to evolve and mutate for many years.

Pairing

To be drunk as an elegant aperitif, or in combination with fresh cheeses combined with aromatic herbs. Toasted wholemeal bread with buffalo stracciatella and local mint. Scampi crudités.

釀造	Blanc de Blanc is born as the limited edition of Doppio Erre Di from which it differentiated itself because of refinement length. Currently the wine is produced using only 100% chardonnay grapes’ must, exclusively fermented in steel.
陳年	After a period of 36 months on the yeasts followed by a long-lasting refinement period in the bottle, Blanc de Blanc takes an enjoyable evolutive note and a significant structure as well as the usual freshness.
