Contratto Alta Langa Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosè 2019

For those seeking the elegance and purity of expression of Chardonnay, the Chardonnay of Piedmont is structured, with a surprising delicacy, and rounded. In addition to its golden colour, it has floral aromas, notes of angelica and citrus, with a hint of ginger. In the finish, it has hints of bread crust and biscuits typical of Blanc de Blancs wines.

收成	By hand, on the 5th of September. Grapes are selected and kept separate according to their vineyard location.
釀造	Alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where the wines remain until the following May to age before being skilfully blended and bottled.
陳年	At least 36 months at first disgorgement. Manual riddling of 4 weeks.
