The 'De Miranda Metodo Classico' is Asti Spumante in its highest expression. It is a sparkling wine with multiple facets. It combines an evolved aromatic profile, perfectly blending all nuances.

	Perlage Fine and peristent.
	顏色 Straw yellow.
	香氣/花束 The nose has hints of dried fruit and sablé pastry, perfectly balanced with the scent of sage and thyme.
	味道 On the palate, it displays all its aromaticity, bringing back notes of honey, dates and lily of the valley, which intersect with toasted brioche and salty biscuit.

Pairing

It pairs well with blue cheese. Moreover, it perfectly pairs with 'paste di meliga', i.e. biscuits made of cornflour typical of Piedmont.
