Refined and elegant, this wine offers whiffs of citrus fruits. Raspberry and strawberry aromaslift from the glass, ending on a mineral note.

Tense vibrancy and focused acidity fill the palate while this tastes citrusy and salty. The lenghty finish closes on a floral note.

Pairing

Food friendly and versatile, this wine is a great match for vegetables and fresh cheeses. We recommend it served with shrimp and raspberry penne.

Fats response, quick and safe deliveries. Maybe one point where you can improve. Due to CO2 emissions, I would appreciate that Xtrawine would start using C02 neutral packaging instead styrofoam / plastic ones.
