Created to promote the famous Vernaccia variety, over the years it has become one of the company’s iconic wines.

Straw yellow, at times even deep, bright yellow.

香氣/花束

Delicate but continuous, with pleasant aromas of fruit. Intense and lingering, fruity and flowery.

味道

The smooth full-bodied flavour reflects the bouquet.

Pairing

Preference for fish and seafood but is a worthy accompaniment to white meat with light sauces and vegetable stews. Also excellent as an aperitif.

釀造	Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in steel.
陳年	The wine is aged in steel or glass-lined concrete vats with its yeasts and undergoes regular bâtonage. Several months in the bottle. When stored in a suitable environment, it ages well in the bottle for several years.
