Castelvecchio Carso Malvasia Bio 2022

The Karst area is characterised by arid and rocky soil with little red soil rich in iron and limestone. The area is always windy and influenced by the nearby sea.

Deep straw yellow with golden reflections.

Elegant and intense notes of flowers and fruits, like the pear. A mineral note typical of this vine variety and the Carso terroir.

Excellent taste-olfactory correspondence. Elegant wine, with tasty and mineral notes typical of the varietal and terroir. Intense and persistent.

It is excellent to pair with vegetable or seafood first courses. It is also ideal with grilled fish.
