Cantine Monfort's sparkling wine tradition began in 1985 following a dream and a far-sighted project by Lorenzo Simoni: to transform the best Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes from the hills into high-end classic method wines. A change of style, supported by thirty years of expertise in sparkling wines. This wine is a stream of freshness and tastiness given by the Chardonnay and the elegance of Pinot Nero.
