It is wine made of Carignano grapes with excellent drinkability. In a few vintages, exceptionally, it is blended with other grapes. The name 'Lianti' in the Gallurese dialect indicates the East, the cardinal point to the East where the sun rises. Capichera, instead, refers to the 'Tomb of the Giants of Capichera', which has always been depicted on labels - a place of worship and a 4,000-year-old archaeological monument - facing East. According to those ancient peoples, the sun and life were born in the East.

Ruby red with garnet reflections.

Intense opening with spicy notes, such as cinnamon, rhubarb, black fruit jelly, and mocha.

味道

Enveloping with sweet tones of ripe fruit and fine tannicity. Good balance and pleasantness.

Pairing

Excellent with pasta with meat sauce, as for main courses it can be enjoyed with roast or grilled meat, stewed red meat and game. It is also ideal with blue or aged cheeses.
