Calafata Scapigliato 2021
Scapigliato (wine for a break) comes from old vineyards, located in the heart of Lucca hills. The grapevines are cultivated with care, in full respect of the land and the environment, thanks to the biodynamic agriculture. Some unripe and aromatic types contribute to create this wine, half way between a red wine and a rosé. It is perfect with appetizers, cold cuts or pizza. It is strongly suggested to serve it pleasantly cool.
