釀造 The grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is statically decanted cold to obtain an initial cleaning of the juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.
陳年 6 months in the same fermentation containers. 1 month in the bottle.
