The results obtained from this Curvée are really sorprendeti. Our grapes so rich fixed acidity made us think about the produzone u classic method in line with those of the best reality Italian sparkling wine.

	Perlage Perlage fine and continuous.
	顏色 Golden yellow with green highlights.
	香氣/花束 Fragrant with toasted notes and nutty, hay and cured tobacco.
	味道 The silky and creamy carbon ago acidity space that stimulates salivation by returning the toasted notes and nutty.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif but also to any meal: excellent on fresh water fish, poultry, cold summer salads and white meat.
