收成	Grapes which are harvested by hand at the end of September.

生產技術	The production, which is quite reduced after the winter pruning, is furtherly decreased in August after we have done a manual pruning in order to enhance the grapes quality.
釀造	Fermentation is made in special wine steel tanks, with no selected yeasts, at about 28 °C temperatures for 14 days.
陳年	Afterwards, there is the malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, without any bacterial inoculation.
