Made from grapes from the best estate vineyards, it requires at least 5 years of ageing on its lees. Very elegant, it is dedicated to the most attentive connoisseurs, able to appreciate the nuances of the pure taste of Franciacorta without adding the liqueur d'expedition, in the rigorous Nature style. Its image, distinguished by the suggestion of the circle, the symbol of perfection, will make it the favourite of those who love refinement in all its forms.

Fine and persistent with abundant creamy foam.

Deep straw yellow with slight antique gold hues.

香氣/花束

Fine and elegant, characterised by an opening on notes of saffron followed by subtle citrus aromas of bergamot and candied citron, ripe yellow fruit and bread crust, and lightened by fresh touches of star anise on a flint base.

On the palate, the wine is characterised by outstanding balance. The great structure, vivid acidity and persistent tasty finish combine dynamically and provide great personality.

釀造 Soft and progressive pressing of the grapes with fractioning of the musts. It then follows alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and the ageing of the best batches in oak barriques, where they age for 6 months in contact with the yeasts.
陳年 Preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest, exclusively with only wines of the vintage. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent ageing on the lees for at least 5 years, followed by a further 6 months after disgorgement.
