釀造 Fermentation occurs with traditional skin contact for 8 days at a controlled temperature of 25-30°C.
陳年 After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is complete, 4 to 5 months of ageing in French oak barrels follow. Ageing is only completed after appropriate bottle ageing.
