Banfi Alta Langa Riserva 100 Mesi Cuvée Aurora Pas Dose Magnum 2012

Banfi was among the seven historic companies that, claiming the Piedmontese roots of the Italian sparkling wine tradition, launched the Spumante Metodo Classico Project in Piedmont in 1990.

	Perlage Fine and very persistent perlage.
	顏色 Pale-straw.
	香氣/花束 Intense and fragrant bouquet, with hints of candied citrus peel, acacia honey and toasted hazelnut.
	味道 In the mouth, it expresses all its elegance and minerality, closing with a fresh and savoury finish.
