Attems Collio Sauvignon Blanc Cicinis 2021

Cicinis is the expression of Conti Attems; it takes its name from the hill where Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco and Friulano were planted, in the same percentage as the blend: 60% Sauvignon, 20% Friulano and 20% Pinot Bianco. It is made of 100% in wood. A wine with a bright straw colour, the nose is a compendium of the varieties. A complex taste of great elegance and balance.

Bright, clear deep gold yellow.

香氣/花束

The nose is intense and complex, rich in sweet (honey) and tropical fruit aromas of apple, white peach, pineapple and banana. The sweetness of the tropical fruit alternates with floral nuances. The bouquet then develops with delicately spiced notes such as cinnamon and vanilla.

味道

In the mouth, it is fresh, soft and balanced, warm and nicely drinkable. Mineral and persistent in the finish.

Pairing

It pairs well with dishes with good fat content, such as pork (sausages, ribs). Otherwise, legume soups without tomato, cream of mushroom soup and chicken cooked in a pan with vegetables.
