From the vineyards of Biancolella di Ponza and Forastera, the Fieno di Ponza is born, in one of the most evocative wine contexts in the world. The wine is characterized by notes of mimosa, broom, cinnamon, lumps, pear and white plum. The taste is fesco, mineral and with intense fruity aromas.

The nose offers mineral notes chased by scents of wild flowers and white peaches, with some remembrance of aromatic herbs.
