Location	The grapes come partly from the vineyards on the Oltradige hills.
气候	Altitude: 450 - 500 m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards, and partly from the sunny slopes of Mazzon and Montagna in the Bassa Atesina.
土地的组成	The clay and limestone soil is ideally suited to the Pinot Noir vine, giving it a velvety softness and an elegant structure.
收成	The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes.
酿造	After destemming, the must is gravity-fed into stainless steel vats for fermentation (12-15 days).
