历史	Pinot Grigio yields small bunches of rust-coloured, almost brownish grapes.
Location	The grapes are grown in Cornaiano on the Oltradige hills.
气候	Altitude: 450 - 500m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards.
土地的组成	The area in which they are grown is rich in minerals, the result of ice age sedimentation.
收成	The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes.
酿造	Gentle pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
陈年	Maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
