The whole vinification process is aimed to exalt the fruity and floral fragrance of the grapes. Consequently, cold maceration is carried out, pressing is very gentle and fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of between 16 and 18°C. |

In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a period of maturation in bottle prior to marketing. |
| 匹配 |
Ideal with cold cuts, such as ham, culatello or coppa, fresh summer dishes and fish. It also pairs with young Monte Veronese cheese of Verona. |
