收成	By hand, in September. The grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe and in the cooler hours of the morning. They soon reach the winery where the whole grapes are softly pressed.
酿造	After an initial racking, the first must is pumped into temperature-controlled vats for fermentation.
陈年	The wine is kept on its lees for at least 8 months before bottling, and 8-9 months after harvest.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
