Vergnes Blanquette de Limoux Carte Noir Brut
A classic method sparkling wine created as far back as 1531 by the monks of the Abbey of St. Hilaire, it is made from Mauzac grapes, also known as Blanquette because of the white colour the vine leaves take on. This wine has a delicate bouquet with notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit combined with a soft and pleasantly fruity taste in the mouth. It is ideal as an apéritif and light starters.
