酿造	After gentle pressing, the must is fermented at controlled temperatures in oak barrels.
陈年	Malolactic fermentation occurs in small French barriques and the wine is then racked to larger oak barrels for further aging. Bottled after 14 months, Urban Lagrein is stored in bottles for another year prior to commercial release.
