In the heart of South Tyrol, the heady aromas of Cantina Tramin wines are born. An oenological project that represents the work of 300 vine-dressers who have been loyal to this land for generations, capable of expressing all the elegance and incomparable fragrances of a unique terroir, of transmitting the experience and local farming culture that has always been intimately linked to the mountains, nature and its rhythms.

Of a beautiful golden yellow intense, almost crystalline and great consistency

香气/花束

Warm scents, on a honey background with intense notes of exotic fruit, grape passes and apricots sand banks, rinds of sweets citruses, yield withered sand bank and roses, ginger and vanilla.

味道

Sweet and velvety on the palate, it explodes with liveliness while maintaining perfect elegance. A long, refined spiciness concludes the beautiful tasting experience.

Pairing

Roen is an excellent accompaniment to desserts, dried fruit, blue or mature cheeses. Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine, to accompany an unforgettable convivial moment.

气候	Strong temperature variations due to hot days, influenced by the Mediterranean climate, and cold nights with very fresh winds coming from the mountains. Altitude: 300-500 m. a.s.l.

酿造	The grapes used for this extraordinary wine are dried in the vineyard until the end of November, beginning of December. After maceration, it is gently pressed at 1.2 bar.
陈年	Fermentation and maturation take place in small French wooden barriques for one year, followed by further maturation for a few months in the bottle.
