Recently recovered in our territories, the Pecorino is a native vine of poor productivity and great enological interest, which is deserving the attention of the fans. From scalar selections made in our vineyards, and from traditional and non-intrusive winemaking techniques, comes this version that aims to express the basic characteristics of Pecorino, enhancing, without forcing, the fresh and non-trivial aromatic complexity, and the particular gustatory profile in which alcohol, acidity and minerality are well present and in good balance between them.
