By hand, the second and third decade of October with small crates. The grapes then undergo manual sorting at the winery. |
酿造 |
Destemmed and lightly crushed, grapes arrive at the press where they are softly pressed. The must obtained is fermented, without any temperature control, in 225-litre acacia barriques. After fermentation, the wine obtained rests on the fine lees for about 8 months. |

About 8 months in barrique of acacia wood and 6 months in bottle. |
