Deep red with garnet hues with ageing.

Complex, with notes of red berry fruits such as plum and cherry. Slight spicy and balsamic notes with a hint of chocolate.

Ample, articulated and of remarkable structure and balance.

Particularly recommended with stewed or roast meat, braised and stewed meat with polenta. It is also ideal with grilled red meat and aged cheeses.

Location	Selected vineyards in the hilly area of Valpolicella (Verona).
气候	Altitude: 150-300 m. a.s.l.
收成	By hand, in mid-October with plateaux. Grapes are carefully selected.
酿造	After drying in the drying loft until December, crushing is followed by destemming and subsequent maceration with fermentation for about 20 days at a controlled temperature of 20-24°C.
陈年	In 5-20-40 hl French and American oak barrels for 12-24 months.
