The 2019 vintage is undoubtedly one of the best of the decade. Quality and volume of production were there. It was the perfect opportunity to turn a project into reality: creating a sparkling rosé brut wine made with 100% of the flagship Chianti Classico grape variety: the sangiovese. ZIIK is born! Tenuta Casenuove, Austruy Vineyards estate, spreads its 120 ha in the enchanting landscapes of Tuscany. For the elaboration of ZIIK we have selected the best plots, in the heart of the estate: Sommassa, San Martino Vecchio, Lepre.
