Tenuta Ammiraglia Vermentino Masso Vivo 2023

Yellow-coloured cyclopean stones, called Masso Vivo, characterise the land of the company's estate of Tenuta Ammiraglia. Masso Vivo is the name of this Vermentino with its beautiful straw colour, which surprises with its floral and candied fruit notes and intriguing minerality, typical of the terroir.

Straw yellow with subtle green reflections.

Fine and delicate in the opening with elegant floral and citrus scents followed by notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit. Moreover, Mediterranean vegetation and sage emerge in the finish and enrich the bouquet.

It harmoniously envelops the palate with great tastiness and extreme freshness. Excellent persistence and taste-olfactory correspondence.

It is perfect with fish, shellfish, pasta and main courses based on vegetables.

Location	Magliano (Grosseto).
酿造	Once harvested, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are gently pressed. Next, the musts obtained undergo a cold static settling process for about 12 hours, giving the wine even more refinement and elegance. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
