Tasca d'Almerita Nero d'Avola Lamuri 2019

This wine was first produced in 2002 as a Nero d'Avola from the high hills, an expression of the Tenuta Regaleali terroir, to enhance one of Sicily's most promising heritage varieties. A wine that expresses the complexity of the terroir and the variety from which it comes, yet maintains drinkability and pleasantness. The wine is aged for 12 months in second-passage barriques but on the palate the wood is not invasive. The company's purpose is to provide a monovarietal wine with a precise organoleptic reference.
